Larry is a lifetime member of the International Freelance Photographers Organization.  His member ID # is 65731.  He has a verification number  [65731SPA] that can be checked at http://www.aipress.com.

Larry uses traditional film cameras on a limited basis.  He regularly uses slide film and then scans the photographs into his computer.  There he uses PhotoShop to arrive at a corrected photograph.  The methods used are those he learned while having a traditional darkroom. The same method is used for print film, only the negatives are scanned.

The digital images are downloaded directly from the camera into the computer.  Using PhotoShop and Altimira's Genuine Fractals, the resolution and size are adjusted and saved in a special file format.  The size, resolution and cropping can be adjusted using Genuine Fractals.  These files are then sent to a digital photo lab where the photographs are made.  These are silver halide photographs, printed on photo paper, just the same as 'traditional' photographs.  This overcomes the archival quality problem found in photographs made with a printer.
